Fantastic my stay at Hotel Santo customer service helped me have a new key when I asked for assist. The breakfast and meals in general was ideal. Many of the workers I contacted had been very pleasurable.

I have stayed for 2 days with my wife. Beds ended up big enough and the space was usually clean. The staff were extremely useful and welcoming and always made us feel like home. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was excellent. Not an incredibly social hotel at least during our stay.

Assuming that you are visiting Köln you have to reserve a room here. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very nice. And the nice ambience helped us enjoy our stay, it was very cool.

Extremely wonderful and perfectly clean place. The area where is located is great, just what we were looking for. Beds were being really comfy. There wasn’t a lot of the social atmosphere but it really is very good for a full night rest. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will most likely come once more for my upcoming visit here.

Great location, anything is close by. Personnel are tremendous pleasant and useful and talk good English. You can find activities each night and it´s a good way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s really small. Excellent value for the money!
